Go Midwest, Young Man!


Corn Dance, Taos Pueblo Lure of the West: Treasures from the Smithsonian American Art Museum opens today in Iowa City.

This painting by Norman Chamberlain joins more than sixty others from the Smithsonian American Art Museum collection in a traveling exhibition that celebrates the western frontiers of America.

Lure of the West makes a stop in the Midwest from January 20 through March 18, 2001 at the University of Iowa Museum of Art in Iowa City.
