This whimsical greeting card from painter, printmaker, and photographer Ben Shahn wraps up the holiday season. It also concludes our online calendar 1001 Days and Nights of American Art!

Even though the title wishes a "Merry Christmas," Shahn was born into a Jewish family in Lithuania before emigrating to Brooklyn as a boy in 1906.
