Blueberry Eyes
Salute to Franz Kline (1910–62), a leading Abstract-Expressionist painter.

The use of color in Blueberry Eyes is a departure from Kline's signature large-scale black-and-white compositions. He started by painting rather traditional figurative pictures, but changed his artistic direction in the early 1950s.
