Luce Artist Biography
Tim Lewis lives in the small town of Isonville, Kentucky. He started carving decorative canes after his coal mining business closed down in the late 1980s. He creates canes showing snakes, animals, and people, including one decorated with the faces of different presidents (“Celebrations! Patriotic Americana,” Antiques and Collecting Magazine, 2003).
