The Smithsonian American Art Museum's video-art curator John Hanhardt is the one of the foremost authorities on Nam June Paik. He exhibited Paik's work while he was a curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art and later as senior curator of film and media arts at the Guggenheim Museum. Mr. Hanhardt knew Paik personally and has written two publications about the artist. He sat down to talk more about Nam June Paik and Electronic Superhighway.
