Upload Your Student Artwork Here

First, make sure your digital photo file meets the size and quality standards shown in How to Take a Web-Worthy Digital Photograph. Then, it is time to post student work. No names should be attached to or shown on the artwork, so that students are protected.

The form below asks for the school name, zip code for mapping purposes, as well as the teacher email address. Teachers will not receive numerous emails from the Smithsonian American Art Museum; the email address simply gives education staff the ability to contact the teacher to make sure that all files are successfully uploaded to the Road Scholars site.

The photo file (in .jpg format) should be posted in the space below that reads ARTWORK. Click the BROWSE button, locate and select the file on your computer, then click OPEN. Your file should automatically load into the form. The process is similar for the writing component, which must be a .doc file. Go to the ARTWORK TEXT form, select BROWSE, highlight your file name, and click OPEN. To complete the submission, click SUBMIT and wait for a confirmation email.
