A thicket of trunks, limbs, and twigs runs from edge to edge in Ketchum’s large color photograph, one of a series he calls Order from Chaos. Order emerges from the picture’s generally monochromatic rusty coloration and the compressed branches which the camera lens reproduces as though on a single flattened plane.
