Goldyne Biography

"For me, monotype is a medium that is ideally suited for painting, drawing and printmaking in consort. I get to do all in the same process, and the glow of the glazes hovering on fine paper is unequalled in any other medium. . . . And if the monotype is printed properly, the process of transfer does not result in a loss; it bestows a wonderful addition upon the image. . .a rich glow, as if from an inner light."
