Yesterday, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton was the featured speaker at a National Museum of American Art press conference opening the White House Collection of American Crafts exhibition.

100 members of the media and a dozen artists represented in the show heard Mrs. Clinton describe her enthusiasm for the collection, which has delighted visitors to the White House since December 1993. She said the work of these artists reminds the nation to "celebrate those among us who are creators, those who care about the human spirit."

During her visit, Mrs. Clinton took several minutes to explore this Internet tour (VIDEO 3.6 MB) with Vint Cerf, President of the Internet Society.
