As
seen in the historical photograph, the site for The Strip
was once the Allied General gravel pit. The conversion of
the land to a successful strip retail center has been an economic
benefit to the area. Many jobs have been created, but mostly
low-paying service positions. Traffic gridlock also visits
the area at morning, lunch, and night rushes.
