Out
of the 250 acres in the Washington Square development project,
50 were donated to Walsh University (located across the street)
and 75 to the city of North Canton for use as parks or recreation.
This image is from the still undeveloped North Canton land
grant. and even in the dead of winter, it was filled with
rabbits, pheasants, and waterfowl.
