Note: Orders are shipped by the most economical means for domestic delivery. You may chose express shipping for an additional $6.96 (see "express shipping" section on order form below). Express orders are shipped within 24 hours and are usually delivered within 48 hours. Some shippers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Therefore, we ask you to please provide a street address.
