Development Office
The Smithsonian American Art Museum is a dazzling testimony to the powerful tradition of public-private support. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Museum presents an ambitious array of exhibitions, publications, educational outreach, public programs, and supports research and scholars at all stages of professional development.
Development Office staff coordinate the various ways of supporting the museum, including Director's Circle membership, unrestricted donations, campaign gifts and named giving opportunities, planned giving, and exhibition sponsorship.
