| This glassmaker uses color to dazzle and delight. This piece was inspired by red flowers--- paper poppies sold on Armistice Day, fields of wild poppies, and poppies in his Danish garden. In the large lozenge-shaped vessel, Myers built layers of transparent and translucent colors in a striking and dynamic composition. |
