Artwork Description

John Rogers sold more than eight thousand copies of the group Coming to the Parson, making it by far his most successful piece. This group was particularly favored as a wedding present. Rogers included a newspaper titled The Union, which was inspired by a newspaper he read while working as a mechanic in Manchester, New Hampshire.
