Ashley Chiang of PaperLiberated provides an overview of modern quilling techniques based on her personal practice, using different widths and weights of paper. Participants will learn various techniques to create a small mandala design using a mix of traditional- and modern-styled strips. Please note that space is limited and registration is required. Participants must register by 7 p.m. ET on October 4.
