Join us for a midday gallery talk to explore themes in SAAM’s new exhibition Grandma Moses: A Good Day’s Work. Exhibition organizer and Senior Curator Leslie Umberger is joined by Eleanor Harvey, senior curator, and Jane Kallir, president of the Kallir Research Institute and director of the Galerie St. Etienne, for a discussion about the life and legacy of Anna Mary Robertson “Grandma” Moses. The tour will highlight some of the artist’s most celebrated paintings recently acquired by the museum.
