Courtyard Visitor Documents Canopy

November 18, 2007

It's a little after noon on Sunday and the Kogod Courtyard is now open. The sun is shining through the beautiful new glass canopy, and it's the perfect day to spend some time listening to music or create a hands-on project with friends and/or members of your family. Musical performances include jazz, gospel, big band, bluegrass, and rock 'n' roll. Hands-on activities for kids of all ages include designing party hats, decorating photo frames, stringing beads, and creating a masterpiece of your own at a Lite-Brite station. Events last until 6:00 p.m. and we'll be sending out posts throughout the day to show you what we're doing and what you could be doing, too!
