Artwork Description

Shake Your Booty is part of a group of pieces Alan Goldfarb calls “Archeopop,” in which the sandy surface treatment imitates the weathered appearance of ancient glass. Another method called snake-threading, has been applied with more than one hundred pieces of molten glass trailed over the unfinished form.
