Description in Spanish

García se valió de los colores brillantes y de tres letras sencillas para apoyar el llamamiento de César Chávez para acabar con el uso de plaguicidas peligrosos en la agricultura. A un lado de la composición colocó a una niña con un insólito cabello de color violeta que está corriendo y gritando. Sin brazos visibles, su silueta sugiere las lesiones físicas ocasionadas por el plaguicida tan utilizado, conocido como DDT. Las letras planean por encima de la figura como aeroplanos que rocían los cultivos con el ahora prohibido plaguicida. García, quien es veterano de la guerra de Vietnam, quizás estaba comparando el DDT con el uso de armas químicas en la guerra.
