      Mark Bradford is one of today's most recognized contemporary artists and is known for his expansive, multi-layered collage paintings. He discusses his Amendment painting series that explores themes of democracy, power, and freedom as represented in the U.S. Bill of Rights. This is the third annual James Dicke Contemporary Artist Lecture honoring former commission chair, James F. Dicke II.
