Artwork Description

Alfred Pritchard Sloan was the chairman of the board of General Motors from 1937 to 1956. In 1934 he established the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports science and technology. This is a uniface artists strike or sample with screws in the back for mounting onto a display board for potential clients.
