Artwork Description

Model T Headquarters, Highland Park, Detroit is one of a series of photographs Andrew Moore took of abandoned Ford Motor Company buildings that symbolize the end of an era. Vibrant greenery creeping across the floor of a structure that once housed a thriving industry suggests nature's dual powers of destruction and renewal. "The past," says the artist, "is receding so quickly that time itself seems to be distorted."
