For the last five years, When You Work at a Museum has hosted an international competition that brings museum professionals together with one goal in mind - dancing!

For the first time ever, SAAM has created a dance for Museum Dance Off 5: The Last Dance.  We are going up against the Eastern US – Group 2 which includes Isle of Wight County Museum, Science History Institute, and The Rockwell Museum. In order to advance, we need your votes! Voting starts today and lasts for only 24 hours. You can vote as many times as you like within the 24-hour time period.

If we advance, May 3rd is the Eastern US Final. May 14 is the International Thunderdome FINAL!

Feel like busting a move? Come to the museum and view dancers in our collection currently on view for some inspiration.

Voting starts now, cast your vote here.
