Artwork Description

Marvin Lipofsky is only the second American after Frank Lloyd Wright to work at the Royal Leerdam Factory in the Netherlands, where he made Leerdam Color Series. Although this series involves lengthy processes, Lipofsky’s forms appear spontaneous and reflect his personal response to each environment.
